The Valyoued.org website is part of the art exhibit, "Valyoued.org", which was last held in Spring, 2010. The next exhibit is TBD.
The Valyoued.org website is an interactive application that allows anyone in the local community to offer to teach or request to learn any imaginable topic. The most popular topics will come alive as actual physical workshops during the span of the exhibit.
Users of the Valyoued.org website are able to:
Valyoued.org was inspired by the experiences of Gregg Mortensen documented in the book, "Three Cups of Tea: One Man's Mission to Promote Peace...One School At A Time" written by Gregg Mortensen and David Oliver Relin as well as the interactive and experientially based art of the Fluxus art movement. Valyoued.org intends to celebrate learning in a non-hierarchical and innovative process where every person's skills and interests are valued and the community designs the curricula.
Valyoued.org is thankful for the generous support from One Book/One College, Chaffey College and the William T. Colville Foundation
